Sea Containers London is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers. This full-time role on the South Bank requires delivering attentive service, welcoming guests, and upholding the high standards of the dining experience.

You will take orders, explain menus, and work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a polished, professional service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns or requests.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant or bar.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
