Richmond Villages Painswick in Gloucestershire is seeking an Activity Co-ordinator to design and run engaging activities that promote the wellbeing and happiness of residents. You will tailor activity plans, organise events, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure inclusive, enjoyable experiences.

You’ll work part-time 18 hours a week, with a three-week shift pattern and occasional weekend work. Salary is £12.90 per hour with paid breaks and a comprehensive benefits package from Bupa.

Qualifications

• Experience organising events, especially with the elderly or vulnerable people.
• Positive, energetic, friendly attitude to inspire residents.

Responsabilités

• Identify engaging activities for residents through careful assessment and record-keeping.
• Connect with residents, families and colleagues to understand interests and challenges, promoting participation.
• Support the Head of Activities in organising events such as garden parties, concerts and excursions.
