Job summary

Cambridge Regional College is seeking part-time Learning Support Mentors to join our Creative Industries teams on the Cambridge Campus. You will support students across vocational areas, helping them access the curriculum and improve learning outcomes while promoting social inclusion and independence.

Key duties include adapting resources, supporting therapy interventions where applicable, and reviewing learners' needs within college processes.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
• Experience with SEND is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Empower learners to achieve personalised learning outcomes.
• Adapt resources to ensure learners can access materials.
• Support delivery of therapy interventions where appropriate and guided by professionals.
• Work with learners to review support needs and follow college processes.
• Undertake training and development as agreed with the Learning Support Manager.
