This full-time/part-time (22.5–37 hours) position is on a term-time basis with a pro-rated salary of £24,577–£25,192 per annum and comes with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSE English grade C/4 or equivalent required, or willingness to work towards this.
• Experience with learning support or special educational needs is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning difficulties and other disabilities.
• Enable reasonable adjustments to help students engage with learning.
• Mentor students and encourage them to stay on task.
• Model skills so students can understand tasks.
• Assist with personal care and health needs.
• Promote college values and a positive learning environment.
