Droitwich Spa High School & Sixth Form Centre is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. The role supports students with SEN across all subjects, including small group work, in-class support, and one-to-one assistance.

Working term time only, up to 28 hours per week, with training days. Band 4 salary £16,599 per annum based on 28 hours per week (pro rata FTE £25,082). This is a rolling vacancy and interviews may occur prior to the closing date.

Qualifications

• Experience in education is desirable but not essential.
• Term time only plus training days.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for students on the SEN Register across all subjects.
• Assist with small group work, in-class support, or one-to-one learning under the direction of the SENDCo.
