Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Learning Business Partner to join our Training & Learning Development function. You will coordinate learning plans, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of training across a production environment.

The role is part-time (18 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. BPSS clearance eligibility is required, and demonstrable experience in learning delivery and planning is highly relevant to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, training coordination, training administration or a similar business-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy learning plans across an assigned business area.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand training needs and constraints.
• Lead regular meetings with business contacts to review progress and risks.
• Be the main point of contact for learning-related queries and coordinate with central teams.
• Monitor training requirements, analyse data and identify future learning needs.
• Represent the Learning Business Partner team in cross-functional meetings and propose solutions.
• Work with training administration providers to deliver training successfully.
• Assess feasibility of learning projects and resolve deployment issues with stakeholders.
• Contribute to local and international learning projects with central teams.
• Support continuous improvement of training processes and learning plan delivery.
