NHS Jobs is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse at Castlefields Surgery, Stafford, for a part-time 33-hour week. You will provide clinical leadership and coordinate the nursing team while maintaining direct patient care for the registered population, including those with long-term conditions and the elderly.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and current practising status.
• Experience as a Practice Nurse in primary care.
• Experience delivering chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, respiratory).
• Qualified cervical screening sample taker.
• Trained in immunisations and vaccinations, including childhood programmes.
• Ability to lead, develop the team and maintain clinical standards.

Responsabilidades
