Park & St Francis Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Nurse to join our established, supportive clinical team. You will balance hands-on patient care with leadership, helping shape nursing services and maintain high standards of safe, patient-centred care.

Whether full-time or part-time, you will work with GP Partners and the Practice Manager to develop services, mentor staff and participate in quality improvement, audits and teaching of trainees.

Qualifications

• Experienced Lead Nurse with leadership and clinical mentoring skills
• Ability to work with GP Partners and Practice Manager
• Interest in developing nursing services and quality improvement
