Job summary

Class Act Teaching Services is seeking a KS2 Teacher for a part-time role (Thursdays and Fridays) starting in October, with a long-term placement until December 2026. The thriving all-through school serves ages 3-19, with Good Ofsted and a supportive, inclusive culture.

You will plan, deliver and assess lessons across the primary curriculum, manage the classroom, attend staff and parents events, and contribute to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• QTS required and strong KS2 experience.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and report pupil progress.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the school community.
• Participate in parents' evenings and school events.
• Undertake lunchtime duty and other professional responsibilities as required.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and participation.
