Job summary

Broughton Inn is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master our menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. You will be part of Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs, with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere.

You will lead a team, train chefs, manage stock and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, while helping to grow and improve with paid qualifications and progression

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive target achievement with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master how to work with a branded menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
