Haywain is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, train Chefs, and take ownership of the branded menu with a passion for great food.

You will drive performance, manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards. The role offers progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high‑quality food.
• Drive performance and meet targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed.
