Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Swan in Horning. You will assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, driving great food and training a capable team. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities within a well-known pub group.

Join Vintage Inns’ charming pubs with rich dining experiences. You’ll contribute to a warm, welcoming service while maintaining high kitchen standards and brand-consistent menus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver high quality food.

Responsabilités

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
