Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Chester le Street is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train the kitchen team, manage ordering and stock, and ensure the branded menu is delivered with passion and flair.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
