Job summary

Mitchells & Butler’s Swan at Vintage Inns is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people, helping create a warm, welcoming pub dining experience.

You’ll work within a charming rural pub group, benefiting from flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture at Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a kitchen team or leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Customer service skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive team to meet targets and uphold quality standards.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and prep work.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
