Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking a Part-time Kitchen Team Leader for the Bartlewood Lodge in Ockbrook. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, taking charge of menu execution with passion for great food and coaching strong staff.

The role focuses on delivering quality dishes and maintaining brand standards. You will lead a team, manage training, ensure consistent service, and uphold health and hygiene regulations, while contributing to a positive guest experience
