Mitchells & Butlers' Red Lion in Alvechurch is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage kitchen operations and oversee a branded menu to deliver great food.

You’ll train chefs, drive targets, handle food ordering, stock control and health and hygiene compliance, while providing a welcoming guest experience.

The role offers a supportive team, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow with paid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Experience with branded menus.
• Ability to maintain health and hygiene standards.
