Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, joining Sizzling Pub & Grill, a beloved UK pub brand.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs, smash targets with your team, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while enjoying a pension, holidays, discounted

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and team development.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff to deliver quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
