Job summary

Salisbury Arms in Greater London is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu, training great people and delivering great food with passion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes.
• Help smash targets with the team and maintain standards.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and hygiene regulations.
