Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Grosvenor to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen worth being proud of and train great people. You will master the branded menu and lead a team to deliver outstanding food.

Qualifications

• Experience training and inspiring kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage orders, stock and costs.
• Familiar with health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise chefs and kitchen team to deliver quality dishes.
• Meet targets with the team.
• Order food and manage stock and wastage.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene guidelines.
• Work with a branded menu.
