Mitchells & Butlers in Kettering, recognised as a key player in the pub dining scene, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Briars to support the Head Chef, manage kitchen staff, and uphold high menu standards. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for progression within a beloved pub brand.

You will lead by example, train chefs to deliver standout dishes, manage stock and food ordering, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while championing branded

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership experience required.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
