Sizzling Pub & Grill is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, master the branded menu, and drive service quality across shifts in Warrington.

You will be supported by Mitchells & Butlers’ trusted systems, with opportunities for progression and paid qualifications. Expect flexible shifts and employee perks as part of a team‑oriented pub brand.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
