Black Horse Inn in St Helens is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and master the menu with a passion for serving great food.

Join Mitchells & Butlers’ team and help shape service across shifts, leading Chefs and kitchen staff, driving targets, ordering, prep and stock control while maintaining brand standards and hygiene. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
