Job summary

Fred Perry at Liverpool ONE is seeking an enthusiastic Keyholder to support daily store operations and uphold the brand's high standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stock organisation, till operations and visual merchandising.

You will deputise for the Store Manager when needed, welcome customers, assist with stock and banking, and contribute to loss prevention while maintaining flexibility to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service.
• Helping shoppers find products that suit their needs.
• Keeping the shop floor and stockroom organised and well stocked.
• Processing incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
• Maintaining displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Handling till operations, cash management and banking.
• Supporting loss prevention and store security procedures.
• Deputising for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.
• Sharing customer feedback with the wider team.
