Job summary

Bubble CiTea Ltd. in Bath is hiring a Part-Time Keyholder to support daily store operations and drive sales. You will handle cash, prepare drinks to recipe standards, and promote our menu and loyalty app.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment.
• Confident handling cash and managing financial transactions.
• Proactive, with a “can do” attitude.

• Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others.
• Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference.
• Eligible to work legally in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
• Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
• Help drive sales to meet store targets
• Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
