Job summary

Bubble CiTea Ltd. is hiring a Part Time Keyholder to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

You’ll handle cash, assist with daily records, and ensure drinks are prepared to recipe standards while maintaining product and allergen knowledge. You’ll deliver friendly service, promote our menu and loyalty app, keep the store clean and well presented, assist with opening/closing, stock management, and even manage content for the store’s TikTok.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment.
• Confident handling cash and managing financial transactions.
• Proactive, with a 'can do' attitude.
• Passionate about people, service, and personal development.
• Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others.
• Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference.
• Eligible to work legally in the UK.

Responsibilities
