Job summary

Bubble CiTea Ltd. is hiring a Part Time Keyholder to drive a high-sales, customer-focused culture in our Reading store. You will handle cash, prepare drinks to recipe standards, and promote our menu and loyalty app while keeping the store clean and well presented.

You’ll support opening/closing, stock management, and even contribute to our social media through TikTok content. We value flexible hours, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food or beverage roles with a high-sales focus.
• Confident handling of cash and financial transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately.
• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain knowledge of allergens.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote menu, offers and app.
• Keep store clean, organised and well presented at all times.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management.
• Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account.
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed.
• Help drive sales to meet store targets.
