Job summary

Bubble CiTea Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a Part Time Keyholder to support store operations, handle cash, and promote our drinks and loyalty app. You will ensure accurate daily records, maintain product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced café environment.

The role offers flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for progression within a friendly, team-driven store culture. A free bubble tea during shifts and staff discounts are included.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately.
• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain product & allergen knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote the menu, offers and loyalty app.
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management.
• Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account.
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed.
• Help drive sales to meet store targets.

• Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
