Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for the Dukes Head Billericay. You will run a section, uphold brand standards, and support the team to maintain top quality on every shift.

You’ll develop leadership skills, assist with stock control, and help with ordering to ensure smooth service. If you’re passionate about great food and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
