Apple Tree, part of Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, leading a kitchen section, and training a team to deliver consistent brand standards.

You will run a section, support stock control, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression and staff benefits.

• Run your own section as a kitchen team leader and develop management and leadership skills.
