Job summary

KD Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a part-time, temporary role in the Pickering area. The position runs for approximately 8 weeks at 25 hours per week, with the IT team handling day-to-day support and escalating complex issues to the IT Manager.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and strong customer service skills, enabling clear communication with non-technical users while resolving common IT problems quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11 and deploying laptops or desktops.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience managing user accounts, passwords and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users and respond to day-to-day technical queries.
• Set up, configure and deploy laptops and Windows 11 devices.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook and Teams.
