Job summary

KHR - Recruitment Specialists in West Malling seeks an IT Support Engineer to join a 2-3 month temporary contract on a 37-hour week. The role covers first/second line help desk support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and asset management.

You will assist with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and Intune, plus basic networking and device deployments. Immediate start available in a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk/Service Desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support via the help desk.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
• Log, prioritise and manage tickets through to resolution.
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and Intune environments.
• Provide remote support to end users.
• Assist with desktop builds, imaging and device deployments.
• Support basic networking, server tasks and security as needed.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation and inventory records.
• Deliver excellent customer service within service levels.
