Project Delivery Lead Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexible Hours Av.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our client's team based in Newhaven as a Project Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will have Site Management capabilities and construction experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of Projects and Services across the UK.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Record and understand the key project deliverables and milestones
• Lead multiple projects and keep track of them within a program
• Production and management of project documentation
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders, positively and professionally
• Oversee project health and safety to current legislation and best practice
• Manage regular reviews to measure progress against project commitments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records to ensure compliance with legal requirements, business objectives, and customer expectations.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
• Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and removing obstacles to ensure the project stays on track
• Sub-contractor management through the project lifecycle
• Provide the Project Services Director with regular reports on project status and actions being taken
• Stay informed about evolving industry trends and advancements in construction technology
• Carry out any other reasonable duties or requests as directed by the Project Services Director.
