Job summary

Smiths News is seeking a dedicated Instore Merchandiser in Lowestoft for a part-time role with flexible hours. You will manage POS placement, stock replenishment, and audits, while creating appealing displays and maintaining brand consistency. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Travel time and mileage are payable where eligible, with additional location allowance where applicable. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to work around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Bring products to life on the shop floor.
• Own territory with POS placement, stock replenishment and auditing.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Ensure displays stay on-brand and stock is replenished.
• Plan efficient visit routes and make every visit count.
