Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Hyatt Place Leeds Sovereign Square team. This part-time role (20 hours per week, can be split over 3–5 days) partners with hotel management to deliver an exceptional employee experience across onboarding, performance, and offboarding.

You will work with senior stakeholders to develop People strategies, manage ER, attract talent, hire, and develop the team while aligning with brand standards and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hotel or similar leadership role.
• Strategic thinking to align People strategies with business goals.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment across roles.
• Ability to develop talent and succession plans within the hotel.
• Strong business acumen with hotel industry understanding.
• Experience using Fourth HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR strategy and manage employee relations.
• Lead talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement People strategies to improve engagement.
• Partner with Colleges and Universities for talent pipelines.
• Train and develop colleagues; manage performance and capability.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to resolve queries.
• Enhance guest experience through people initiatives.
