Job summary

Heler Foods is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our site-based People Team at Lymn Bank Farm, Lincolnshire, as People Partner. Based around 30 hours per week, this permanent role focuses on providing practical, people-led advice and building strong relationships with managers and colleagues to support the business.

You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, talent development and change projects, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations and people processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to influence, coach and challenge constructively at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert advice across employee relations.
• Support and coach managers through absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
• Build relationships with colleagues across Lymn Bank Farm.
• Coach and develop managers, helping them build capability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development and succession planning.
• Work with the People Team on projects and change initiatives.
• Use people data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, retention and colleague experience.
