Job summary

Elis UK is seeking an HR & Customer Services Advisor to help keep the site running smoothly. You’ll support HR activities and assist the customer service team during busy periods, contributing to a well-organised and engaging workplace.

This part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week with opportunities across operations and administration, within a supportive and collaborative Elis team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, or site operations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and support across HR and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organising site events and engagement activities.
• Maintaining site documentation and records.
• Assisting with HR processes such as inductions and recruitment requests.
• Supporting customer queries and order processing.
