Randstad Cpe London is seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to join a growing HVAC/building services business in Leeds. The role covers day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records, supporting both the office team and site engineers.

You will handle HR processes with confidentiality and accuracy, assist with onboarding, training, and payroll-related tasks, and help maintain compliance and a positive workplace culture.

• Experience in HR administration and recruitment processes.
• Proactive and highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting onboarding, training and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• HR administration: maintain confidential records and HR documents.
• Recruitment: manage vacancies, shortlist candidates and interview coordination.
• Onboarding & new starters: coordinate induction and starter packs.
• Training & competency: track training, certificates and renewals.
• Payroll & administration support: assist with payroll data and records.
• Employee support: respond to routine HR queries and maintain policy information.
