Job summary

Prince Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Telford on a part-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. You will support managers and staff across the full HR lifecycle, handling recruitment, absence management, onboarding and HR administration.

Work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a proactive HR service and practical guidance. The role requires CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR experience, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and advising on employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience using HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support on a wide range of HR matters.
