Real Recruitment Solutions is recruiting an HR Advisor to join a specialist outsourced HR team supporting a diverse client portfolio. The role focuses on hands-on employee relations casework and practical, commercially focused guidance for managers.

You will work with experienced HR professionals and Employment Solicitors to deliver legally compliant, pragmatic solutions that help clients confidently manage workplace issues. Part-time, 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Case Advisor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employee Relations
• Experience advising managers on disciplinary and absence management
• Confident handling complex Tier 2 ER cases
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on employee relations support to managers.
• Guide managers through disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases.
• Build trusted client relationships as the day-to-day contact for ER advice.
• Collaborate with Employment Solicitors to deliver legally compliant, pragmatic solutions.
