Job summary

ONSIDE in Worcester is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Team. You will support recruitment, absence management, employee relations and wellbeing, partnering with managers to deliver a high-quality HR service across the organisation.

You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems and produce workforce information, with a focus on development of people practices. Existing CIPD qualification or current study is preferred, plus around two years’ HR experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor/Officer roles or similar generalist HR duties.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations and absence management.
• CIPD qualification or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support on a wide range of people matters.
• Assist with recruitment, absence management, ER, wellbeing and change projects.
• Maintain HR systems and produce workforce information.
• Support development of HR practices across the organisation.
