Job summary

Onside Advocacy is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Team on a permanent, part-time basis (28 hours per week). You will support managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle, delivering high quality HR service and developing people practices.

You will advise on recruitment, absence, employee relations and wellbeing, while maintaining HR systems and producing workforce information to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar generalist role.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations cases and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support across recruitment, absence and ER topics.
• Maintain HR systems and produce workforce information.
• Influence people practices and support organisational change projects.
