ONSIDE is seeking an HR Advisor (Part Time) in Worcester to join our HR Team. This role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and requires delivering a high-quality HR service that makes a real difference across the organisation.

You'll advise on recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change, while maintaining HR systems and workforce information. CIPD qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer, Senior HR Administrator or similar generalist role.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to advise and coach managers on people matters.
