Job summary

Spring Supply Chain in Huddersfield is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to own day-to-day HR administration and payroll. This standalone role offers autonomy while collaborating with a supportive management team across the business.

You will handle payroll processing, maintain employee records, manage contracts and leavers, and ensure GDPR compliance. The role also involves supporting managers with queries in a flexible 22.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Coordinator/HR Administrator roles.
• Experience with payroll, including complex payroll processes.
• Ability to work independently in a standalone HR function.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including complex driver payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Process HR documentation (contracts, offer letters, amendments, leavers).
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy.
• Support managers with day-to-day HR queries and HRIS data.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees, absence management.
• Liaise with international offices as required.
