Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is partnering with a values-led charity to recruit a People Advisor. Working a 4-day week, you will support managers and employees, offering practical HR guidance and driving employee experience across a range of HR matters.

You will advise on employee relations, recruitment, policies and change initiatives, helping managers build capability and foster wellbeing and inclusion. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or People Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations case management experience.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A practical, solution-focused approach.
• The confidence to challenge and influence when required.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives
• Providing guidance on employment policies, procedures and best practice
• Assisting with organisational change and people projects
• Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives
• Maintaining accurate people records, reporting and compliance activities
• Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams
