Actemium, part of VINCI Energies, invites applications for a part-time HR Officer in Huddersfield. You will provide HR administration, assist recruitment and onboarding, and maintain records across the employee lifecycle in a supportive engineering environment.

Ideal candidates have HR experience, CIPD qualification progress, strong organisation, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Qualificações

• Experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidential, professional and approachable manner.
• Willingness to work towards CIPD qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers.
• Support recruitment activities, including onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation with confidentiality.
• Support absence, holiday and employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist managers with HR processes and policy guidance.
• Help coordinate inductions, training and development activities.
• Maintain HR systems and personnel files and generate reports.
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
