Job summary

Actemium UK is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support our Huddersfield team on a part-time basis. You will handle day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle tasks. Occasional travel to Warrington and Birmingham offices may be required.

We welcome applicants with HR experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5. A supportive environment and ongoing HR development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
• Willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5 or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers.
• Support recruitment activities, including onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation with confidentiality.
• Support absence, holiday and lifecycle administration.
• Guide managers on HR processes and company policies.
