Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Housing Officer – Part Time to support a high-quality housing service in line with Sanctuary in Scotland’s business plan. You will join a team delivering housing applications processing, tenancy changes, and frontline customer service, with training and development opportunities and a focus on inclusive service delivery.

The role requires literacy and numeracy at Scottish National 5, SVQ2 in a relevant area, and

Competenze

• Literacy and numeracy equivalent to Scottish National 5.
• SVQ2 in relevant area.
• Experience delivering high quality tenancy services.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Processing Housing Applications.
• Providing information to applicants on the rehousing process.
• Processing invoices and purchase orders.
• Providing front line service to all customers at local office.
• Working with housing officers to process tenancy changes.
