Job Title: Part-time Hourly Paid Lecturer in Chemistry

Salary: £31.23 – £40.77 per hour

Location: Huddersfield

Hours & Weeks per Year: Various

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching students as required delivering a high quality teaching and learning experience.
  • Managing the effective organisation of the course by establishing syllabuses, schemes of work and any records as determined by the College.
  • Maintaining class registers, lists of students and records of their work and engaging in administrative work directly associated with students, such as monitoring progress and marking of student work, recording on internal systems and working with the team to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have a degree in your subject specialism (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in teaching. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively and engage with young people and to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
