China Fleet Country Club in Cornwall is seeking a Part-Time Hotel and Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will manage guest arrivals, reservations, and enquiries while delivering high standards of customer service.

This role involves checking guests in and out of apartments, handling spa bookings, and performing general administrative tasks. Evening and weekend shifts are required; accommodation may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate; Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Previous hotel or spa reception experience is advantageous but not required.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Hotel and Spa Receptionist to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences and events. We are looking for a Hotel and Spa Receptionist to carry out all aspects of the customer journey from making reservations to departure whilst delivering a high standard of customer service to our guests. • Hours are 16-24 per week over a two-week pattern and will require some evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred.
