Job summary

The Headland Spa is seeking a versatile Spa Front of House Assistant to join our welcoming team at The Headland Hotel. This role blends reception, hosting, and leisure support to create a seamless guest journey with energy, care, and a hands-on approach.

You will greet guests, book appointments, process payments, guide experiences, and help keep the relaxation area pristine. Flexibility across evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is required.

Qualifications

The Role

An exciting position has opened at The Headland Spa for a multi-talented Spa Front of House Assistant to join our welcoming team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with great energy, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service skills to join our Spa and Aqua Club team. In this dynamic role, you will wear a few different hats to create a seamless guest journey:

• Spa Receptionist: Acting as the first impression for our guests—greeting them warmly, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
• Spa Host: Guiding guests through their spa experience, ensuring a smooth and relaxing transition from the moment they arrive.
• Spa/Leisure Attendant: Keeping the relaxation lounge beautifully refreshed, ensuring towels and gowns are fully stocked, and assisting our therapists to maintain a serene environment.

• Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Contract & Flexibility: The role offers 24 hours per week worked over 3 days, including a variety of shifts such as evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
